Several subcortical white matter non-confluent lesions are visible in T2/FLAIR. On the sagittal plane, several perpendicular lesions in the corpus callosum can be observed, this is consistent with the typical "Dawson´s fingers" appearance. Posterior fossa lesions were also noted. None of these lesions enhance with gadolinium.
In addition, a few mildy dilated Virchow-Robin spaces in basal ganglia areas can be observed at T2 sequence
