MRI shows an anteroinferior labral tear, without an osseous defect, there is depression of the humeral head at the level of the coracoid process, which defines the Hill-Sachs defect.
Case Discussion
Bankart lesions are often associated with Hill-Sachs defect, they are caused by anterior shoulder dislocations.
