Boxer fracture

There is a fracture through the distal metacarpal of the small finger (fifth digit) that demonstrates radial displacement and mild palmar angulation. The joint spaces are normal.

This is a case of a Boxer fracture, which is a fracture caused by axial loading from a direct blow to the 5th metacarpal.
