Presentation

Poor urinary stream, dysuria, frequency, and dribbling.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Retrograde urethrography reveals a short segment stricture at the proximal bulbar segment of the urethra. Prostatic, membranous, and penile segments appear normal.

Contrast media has also begun to fill the bladder.
