Cholangiocarcinoma - distal common bile duct

Marked intra- and extra-hepatic duct dilatation. Irregular mural thickening with abrupt cut-off of the distal common bile duct. No pancreatic duct dilatation. No liver mass or upper abdominal lymphadenopathy.
Case Discussion
The patient proceeded to stenting and biopsy with histology results confirming cholangiocarcinoma. The patient proceeded to a curative Whipple procedure.
