Coughing , fever, and respiratory distress.

Patient Data

Age: neonate

Right lower lung lobe multi-loculated cystic lesion with smooth regular wall. No air fluid level, collapse, pleural effusion or pneumothorax.  

Case Discussion

Congenital pulmonary airway malformation type I as cysts are larger than 2 cm.
