Case Discussion

Rapid progression in 24 hours demonstrating the rapidity in which COVID-19 pneumonia can progress and the severity of radiological findings that occur.

In the many hundreds of cases, I have been privy to in the last 11 months, this peripheral bilateral appearance, typically starting in the mid zones is by far the commonest and most specific I have observed from an anecdotal perspective.
