Architectural distortion of lung parenchyma caused by clusters of cystic spaces of variable size with predominant involvement of the left upper lobe lingula segment, right middle lobe and right and left lower lobes.
Case Discussion
Cystic bronchiectasis is characterised by the saccular dilatation of bronchi that extends to the pleural surfaces. When aggregated these may give a "bunch of grapes" like appearance.
