Presentation

Cough and shortness of breath for months but worse over two weeks. Chest CT for ruled out of COVID-19 pneumonia.

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Architectural distortion of lung parenchyma caused by clusters of cystic spaces of variable size with predominant involvement of the left upper lobe lingula segment, right middle lobe and right and left lower lobes.

Case Discussion

Cystic bronchiectasis is characterised by the saccular dilatation of bronchi that extends to the pleural surfaces. When aggregated these may give a "bunch of grapes" like appearance.
