Left acetabular dysplasia with a dislocated left hip that is spontaneously relocated on frogleg view. Left femoral capital epiphysis is smaller than the right with additional left > right coxa valga. Right hemipelvis bones are larger, presumably secondary to weight-bearing.
Case Discussion
AP and frogleg projections were requested by the treating surgeon, and in this case, demonstrates spontaneous relocation of the hip joint.
