Displaced fracture is seen at the lateral (distal) end of clavicle
Case Discussion
Distal (lateral) third fractures represent about 15-25% of clavicle fractures. Middle third (midshaft) fractures account for approximately 75-80% of all clavicle fractures. Proximal (medial) third fractures are least common, accounting for less than 5% of clavicle fractures.
