Presentation

Painful deformity to left arm after fall 1.5 m landing on left side.

Patient Data

Age: 5 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

There is a transverse fracture of the distal radial with foreshortening and dorsoradial displacement. Mildly radially angulated fracture of the distal ulna.
