Enchondroma - metacarpal bone

There are two abnormal signal intra-osseous well-circumscribed masses with lobulated margins along with the fourth metacarpal.
The lesions show low signal intensity on T1WI and high signal intensity on T2WI/ PD fs sequences. No cortical breach or extension to the adjacent soft tissues is seen.
The larger lesion along with the 4th metacarpal diaphysis shows exophytic protruding with an overlying thin rim of cortex at the dorsolateral aspect associated with palmar bowing and deformity of the metacarpal.
Case Discussion
Radiographic and MRI features suggestive of a metacarpal enchondroma.
