Cortical thickening in the left temporal lobe with the blurring of grey-white matter junction.
Radiating white matter hyperintensity extending from the cortex to temporal horn of left lateral ventricle (transmantle sign).
Case Discussion
Findings are consistent with type II focal cortical dysplasia.
