Presentation

4 weeks of abdominal pain. Last few days watery stools and vomiting. Tachycardia and hypotension.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Ulceration (~2 cm) on the mid-body of the stomach on the lesser curve.

No free gas or fluid.

No other abnormality.

Case Discussion

OGD confirmed a deep ulcer on the lesser curve of the stomach corresponding with the CT findings.
