Case Discussion

Soft tissue haematomas can often simulate neoplastic disorders, it is important to have clear information about the appearance of the traumatic lesions that were preceded by traumatic injuries.

MRI is one of the best imaging methods to differentiate haematoma from infiltrating processes.
