A cortical-based eccentric metadiaphyseal multiloculated lucent lesion with a sclerotic rim is seen at the posteromedial aspect of lower femur with an overlying smooth cortical bulge that shows focal thinning at its lower part.
Case Discussion
Plain x-rays show the characteristic appearance of non-ossifying fibroma. It is usually an incidental finding and asymptomatic. It is one of the skeletal “Don’t touch” lesions.
