Right plagiocephaly with severe displacement. Rule out intraventricular haemorrhage/ventriculomegaly or structural anomaly.

The echogenicity of the parenchyma is normal. There is no haemorrhage, mass, or focal abnormality. There is a grossly normal sulcation pattern.
The lateral and third ventricles are normal. Limited views of the posterior fossa reveal no abnormalities. The extra-axial space is normal.
