Presentation

Facial trauma and subsequent left orbital pain and the left eye limitation of motion.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

The left orbital medial wall blow-out fracture with fat and medial rectus muscle herniation within the fracture gap, eyelids, inferonasal postseptal emphysema, and preseptal and lacrimal gland soft tissue swelling are seen.

Minimally penetrated fractured bone within the medial rectus muscle is also noted.
