Unfused secondary ossification centre of both acetabula are seen located at the anterosuperior margin, consistent with an os acetabuli.

Os acetabuli are unfused secondary ossification centres of the acetabulum located at the anterosuperior margin. They can be congenital and represent a normal variant or can be degenerative in nature and may indicate underlying pathology.
