x-ray

Bony exostosis along the medial aspect of the proximal metaphysis of the tibia with cortex continuing with cortex and medulla being continuous with the medulla suggesting osteochondroma.

Case Discussion

Solitary osteochondroma is commonly seen in the distal femur and they typically 'grow' away from the joint.
