There is a 4 x 6 mm cortically-based lesion with a central osteolytic (nidus) and peripheral sclerosis in the anterior aspect of the right mid-shaft of the radius.

A sclerotic lesion with a nidus along with the radius anterior aspect mid-shaft with a central tiny hypointensity (punctate calcification) and perifocal bone oedema on the right side.
No significant periosteal reaction is seen.

Regarding the MRI findings, the typical features of an osteoid osteoma are demonstrated.
