Thick-walled peripancreatic fluid collections are seen with gas bubbles.
Case Discussion
Peripancreatic low-attenuation collections with a relatively thick wall and gas bubbles in a patient with a previous severe acute pancreatitis (6 weeks ago) compatible with a pancreatic abscess.
The current CT study demonstrates also a ring artefact.
