A large, definable, fluid-density, cystic lesion is noted involving retroperitoneal region seem to be arising from body and head of the pancreas with relative sparing of tail. The lesion shows a single internal septa.
The mass lesion exerting mass effects on adjacent structures.
Prostate gland is enlarged in size.
