Asymmetric pectus excavatum or funnel chest with the pronounced impression of the sternum of the related cardiac chamber more in middle to the right side of the anterior chest wall is seen.
Left side curve thoracolumbar scoliosis is also seen.
Large thymus up to 28 mm is seen.

The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT features of the pectus excavatum or Funnel chest which is one of the most common congenital chest wall deformities.
