Gender: Male

 Three radiodense free articular bodies of similar size and shape around right knee joint.

Case Discussion

Secondary osteochondromatosis typically demonstrates associated degenerative disease of the joint.

Intra-articular bodies tend to be larger and less numerous than in primary synovial chondromatosis.
