Soft tissue opacification of the left maxillary sinus with the widening of the left maxillary ostium extending to bilateral ethmoidal and bilateral frontal sinuses and left nasal cavity.
Sphenoid sinuses appear normal.
Nasal septal deviation with convexity towards the right side.

Features are of sinonasal polyposis and nasal septal deviation.
