Minor trauma approximately 6 weeks ago. The patient presents with ongoing pain and limitation of motion.

Slipped upper femoral epiphysis

There is minimal left physeal widening, demineralisation of the epiphysis, blurring of the physeal edge, early sclerosis and metaphyseal widening. Posteromedial slip is evident with visible asymmetry of the femoral epiphysis of the left hip in comparison to the right hip.

Features suggestive of a chronic slip based on radiographic findings and of a mild to moderate nature based on the lateral views.
