full-thickness supraspinatus tendon tear
subacromial bursa and joint effusion
partial-thickness tear of the subscapularis tendon
biceps pulley rupture with medial dislocation of the long biceps tendon
subscapularis and supraspinatous muscle fatty degeneration grade II of the Goutallier classification
narrowed acromiohumeral interval
degenerative changes of the humeral head with subchondral cysts
Case Discussion
It was very likely that the surgical repair of the rotator cuff will not be possible given the advanced joint osteoarthritis and fatty degeneration of the rotator cuff muscles. This was an indication of a shoulder prosthesis.
