Features consistent with a subungual exostosis of the 3rd toe. This is best appreciated on the dedicated lateral view. There are no aggressive features radiologically.
Case Discussion
A well-circumscribed bone adjoins the terminal phalanx of the 3rd toe in the classical subungual location consistent with a subungual exostosis.
Subungual exostosis occurs mainly in children and adolescents as in this case.
