Non-displaced split fracture of the medial tibial plateau associated with depression and split fracture of the lateral tibial plateau.
Bone marrow oedema involving the proximal tibia and lateral femoral condyle.
Grade II injury of the medial collateral ligament and posterior horn of medial meniscus
joint effusion reaching the suprapatellar bursa.
Oedema of the surrounding muscles is noted.
ACL, PCL, and lateral meniscus are intact.

Radiological features are mostly consistent with schatzker type V tibial plateau fracture.
