CT images show frontal lobe contusions - larger on the left - as well subdural haematomas extending through the parafalcine region.
There is also a right parietal extradural haematoma and extensive skull fractures (there is a mild depressed posterior skull fracture).

Subdural haematomas and cerebral contusions' reabsorption with remaining extradural haematoma and a hypoattenuating area on the left frontal lobe.
