Large central expansile intra medullary abnormal signal intensity lesion in the metaphyso-diaphyseal region of the left humerus.
It returns high signal in T2 weighted images and low signal in T1 weighted images with fluid-fluid level could be secondary to haemorrhage.
Irregularity of the lesion walls with surrounding muscular oedema in favour of semi recent fracture.
Case Discussion
The features are compatible with unicameral bone cyst associated with sub acute fracture in the proximal metaphyso-diaphyseal region of left humerus and surrounding muscular oedema.
