Triquetral fracture

Discussion:

Triquetral fracture is carpal bone fracture that generally occurs on the dorsal surface of the triquetrum. It may be fractured by means of impingement from the ulnar styloid, shear forces, or avulsion from strong ligamentous attachments. It is the 2nd commonest carpal bone fracture, after the scaphoid.
