Can you make any comment about the pituitary region?
The pituitary fossa appear a little enlarged, and fluid filled, although it is tricky to assess it on 5mm axial images.
Given the clinical history, CT findings, and the patient's details what sequences should you include?
In a young woman with features of raised intracranial pressure but no mass or hydrocephalus, and MR venogram should be included.
No intra or extra axial bleed, collection or space occupying lesion. The ventricles and cisterns are normal. No midline shift or hydrocephalus. The pituitary fossa is enlarged and filled with CSF.
