Multiple hypodense focal liver lesions suggestive of secondary infiltration and retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy. Presence of mesenteric free air and fluid surrounding the sigmoid colon. Stomach distension, intestine and colon contain liquid.
Thickening of the rectosigmoid, most likely due to a colorectal tumour.
Pancreas, spleen, kidneys and adrenal glands of normal appearance.
