Chest x-ray - an approach
The chest x-ray is not rotated.
The chest x-ray is normal:
- the trachea is central and the main bronchi are normal
- both lungs are clear, as are the pleural spaces
- normal cardiomediastinal contour and hila
- normal bony thorax
- normal soft tissues
Looking at the review areas, there is no pathology in the apices, behind the heart, or below the diaphragms.
