Retinoblastoma

Discussion:

Retinoblastomas are the most common childhood neoplasms of the eye. It presents with white eye reflex and CT identifies lesional calcification to favor the diagnosis. They are often associated with retinal detachment (exudative). They may remain confined to the globe or spread outwards into the optic nerve, orbital apex and even meninges. No spread identified in this case.
