Lytic bone lesion with periosteal reaction and cortical destruction involving the mid shaft of the right femur.
What is the differential diagnosis?
Primary bone tumour, metastatic lesion, osteomyelitis.
There is a lytic bone lesion with periosteal reaction and cortical destruction in the mid shaft of the right femur. Calcification of the right femoral artery is noted.
