There is a well-defined predominantly fatty density heterogenous lesion in the right suprarenal region measuring 4.6 x 3.1 cm, a small soft tissue component is present. Part of the right adrenal gland is stretched around the lesion confirming its adrenal origin. The lesion is clearly discrete from the right kidney.
Post-IV contrast there is mild enhancement of the soft tissue elements in the lesion.
No enlarged lymph nodes. Left adrenal gland and kidney are unremarkable.
These features of a mixed fat and soft tissue density lesion of the adrenal gland is characteristic of a myelolipoma.
