Left parietal fracture, parietal craniotomy and evacuation of the subdural haematoma which now has a maximum depth of 3 mm, previously 10 mm. Right frontal haemorrhagic contusions have significantly increased in size with surrounding oedema. The volume of subarachnoid haemorrhage is stable with blood now pooling in the occipital horns. Subdural haematoma along the floor of the anterior cranial fossa is again noted. Ventricular size is stable.
Right frontal ICP in situ. There is a small volume of pneumocephalus.
