There is a well-defined pedunculated mass (5.6 x 5 x 4.5 cm) arising from the anterior uterine wall, and prolapsing into the vagina through a distended endocervical canal. It elicits an intermediate signal on T1, homogeneous low signal on T2 with no significant enhancement on postcontrast sequences.
Regular thickening of the endometrium (thickness = 16 mm) with no restricted diffusion.
Bilateral ovarian follicles, largest on the left (20 mm).
