Relatively subtle mass of the pancreas uncinate process, resulting in mild dilation of the main pancreas duct and moderate dilation of the common bile duct and intrahepatic ducts which rapidly taper near the pancreas head/ampulla. Very subtle amount of stranding abuts the superior mesenteric artery. Likely abutment of the superior mesenteric vein without definite narrowing. Small retroperitoneal and peripancreatic lymph nodes.
