Enteroenteric intussusception resulting in small bowel obstruction

Discussion:

Example of small bowel obstruction in a pediatric patient caused by enteroenteric intussusception. Unfortunately, the final cause is not known in this case due to limited follow-up, but the imaging is instructive and shows the pathology well - particularly on coronal images. The differential diagnosis includes viral illness, benign or malignant mass, and TB (endemic area).
