Pine cone urinary bladder is appearance of urinary bladder on cystography. It is typically seen in neurogenic bladder, however, it is not pathognomonic for it and can also be seen in bladder neck obstruction. Further evaluation was advised to evaluate the cause of this presentation but patient has been lost to follow up.
