Intraventricular meningioma

Discussion:

Meningioma is the most common extra-axial neoplasm of adults and accounts for 15% of all intracranial neoplasms.  It is second to gliomas in overall prevalence.  Meningiomas are most frequently seen in convexity and parasagittal locations.  In children, the most common site is the ventricles.
