Large heterogeneous mass with hypodense component seen within the left rectus muscle extending from the epigastric region to the level of inferior pubic ramus. Few foci of hyperdensities seen within the mass. Overlying subcutaneous fat streakiness. Enhancing left external iliac node.
Impression: Large left rectus sheath mass with suspicious hemorrhagic component within, associated inflammatory changes, and regional lymphadenopathy, which may represent a partially liquefied abscess or infected hematoma.
