Swyer-James syndrome (SJS) (also known as Sywer-James-MacLeod syndrome and Bret syndrome) is a rare lung condition that manifests as unilateral hemithorax lucency as a result of post-infectious obliterative bronchiolitis. It would give the opposite appearance to this case.
