Multifocal hepatocellular carcinoma with arterioportal fistula and portal vein thrombosis
Discussion:
Hepatocellular carcinoma may directly invade the portal vein branches and causes malignant thrombus and/or abnormal arterio-venous fistulous communication. Malignant thrombus usually shows the same enhancement criteria of HCC.
