There is a well-demarcated biconvex epidural iso-to hyperdense collection of the right temporoparietal region (maximum thickness = 14 mm at the temporal region and 8 mm at the parietal region) with a mass effect on the temporal horn. No midline or subfalcine herniation is seen.
The bone window and 3D-VR show an underlying temporoparietal fracture crossing the squamosal suture which limits the parietal and temporal components of the epidural haematoma. Subgaleal haematoma is noted.
