Esophageal stricture associated with hiatus hernia

Discussion:

Hiatal hernia is a protrusion of a portion of the stomach through the oesophagal hiatus of the diaphragm. In our case, the gastro-oesophagal junction is sliding up the hiatus. Gastroesophageal reflux is commonly associated and has caused a long peptic stricture.
